Our Story
With the foundational premise - “It’s not about being the best, it’s about making everyone around you better!” - a successful executive career morphed into Gruner Consulting Inc. A effective knowledge transfer of real world experience, proven successes in diverse industries has sparked a desire to form a consultancy to truly help start ups, new ventures and existing operations. Having worked with consulting firms on the other side of the table, we know how quickly funds can be spent without very little value or constructive input after such engagements. We have dedicated ourselves to break that stigma and engage our partners with real world proven experience and leave our customers with solutions and initiatives that will truly transform existing operations and help start ups get off the ground quickly.
Our Mission
Through our 25 years of experience in a multitude of industries and areas of expertise, we have learned - at times the hard way - the in's and out's of a business. We would like to spare our customers the "hard" and "Expensive" way where possible. By fully understanding your business needs, the business itself and the business goals, we will tailor our services according to the needs. Change is always difficult to implement but through our people focused approach we can make those changes much easier.
