This 5 session course is tailored towards existing entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs. We will cover the most common misconceptions about entrepreneurship and dispel any false expectations about running an organization. If you're simply someone who wants some perspective and one on one coaching for an existing business, we can tailor this course towards some of the challenges the entrepreneur may face. We will also help new entrepreneurs navigate some common traps and missteps in an effort to avoid early disappointments.

One on One sessions Coaching

"It gets lonely at the top"... but it doesn't have to be.

We can be your sounding board for any topic you may need some unfiltered advice with. Employee decisions, difficult customers, vendor challenges, cashflow pinch points or technology integration into your business. These are unstructured sessions that are for you. You pick the topics, we listen and provide feedback and advise on potential solutions or avenues for you to explore. We have encountered many complex situations and will likely have some solutions, if not we will work with you to make the right decision.

Price: $ 220 + GST per hour

Executive Retreat Facilitation

Are you planning an executive retreat, strategy session, process mapping exercise or crisis management meeting? We can be that independent neutral facilitator for your meeting. This service will require some pre-work where we need to understand the reasons for your meeting, desired outcomes and organizational dynamics. We will conduct a few discovery sessions with your designated team members. We will create an agenda and ensure that the desired outcomes of the meeting are achieved. When it's time for the sessions, we will facilitate as much as you want us to. The benefits of having a third party facilitator include the mediation in very neutral way if conflict arises. We have a large catalogue of team activities, process mapping and other strategy related sessions we can facilitate.
