Commercial Laundry
A $16 Million project located in northern Alberta. Designed to centralize laundry operations for workforce housing facilities in the Alberta's Oilsands capable of processing 1 Million pounds of laundry per month. Due to the high volumes processed the payback on this facility was less than 2 years. This highly automated and environmentally friendly operation combined E-Tech rail system, Braun processing equipment and Bluox ozone systems.
Vernon & District Immigrant & Community Services Society
Successfully re-structured and turned around this non-profit (for-purpose) organization. The organization lost over $100K annually and was modernized and restructured to increase funding sources by over 200%. We expanded service areas and stabilized the financials for a sustainable future. Total project duration was 15 Months.
Fire-Recovery Project
Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw
In the Summer of 2023 the Bush Creek East fire destroyed a large part of the Skwlax community. As part of the recovery strategy, 12 single family homes and a 5-Plex town home complex were all completed within a 10 months timeframe with the single family homes all to Step Code 5 standard. Paradigm Building Solutions
As the CEO of Paradigm (2022-2025), Philipp turned a small manufacturing company to a fully integrated group of companies with over 100 employees and a growth rate of 8.75 times in Revenues in less than three years (2025). When he took charge of the company, the employee base was just over 30 team members. The company has become the leading Step code 5 builder in BC and one of the most recognized technology and advanced integrated construction/manufactures in Western Canada. The product can now be found in many BC communities.
